❤️ The Art of Noticing

I was just biking home. Tired, thinking about what’s next.
And then I saw this🥹
Sometimes we think we need a big reason to slow down or feel good…but actually, small moments are everywhere — we just don’t always see them.

Ask yourself:
• What’s one small thing you noticed today?
• When did you last stop and enjoy something simple?
• What helps you slow down — even for 30 seconds?

Noticing more doesn’t take time. It just takes attention.☺️

Today I stumbled on this quote and it really hit me.
We live in a time where anxiety is almost the norm — and I can definitely confirm that I fall into monkey mind mode more often than I’d like (a term that thanks to the last season of White Lotus might sound familiar 😅).

Sometimes I just tell myself: “Future Paulina will take care of that.”

Before the doing — a pause.

I have a full day ahead.
I’m leading a workshop on Non-Violent Communication for a team that’s doing amazing (and intense) work.
And yet… before diving into the “go-go-go,” I needed this.
A quiet moment. A coffee.
A breath.

Not because I had time. But because I didn’t.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause.
Not the Netflix kind — the soul kind.
The “how can I be just a little kinder to myself today?” kind.

🤔 What’s one small thing you could do today to be softer with yourself — without needing to “earn” it?

Changing your career doesn’t happen overnight.
Building a healthy, strong body doesn’t either.

It’s the result of small choices we make every day.
And one of those is: weight training.

Ladies – if no one told you yet: lifting weights is crucial for your hormonal health, especially as we get older. It supports your metabolism, helps balance your mood, builds bone density, improves posture, and makes you feel strong AF – inside and out.

Don’t get me wrong – I LOVE yoga and pilates too. But at least once a week, grab those weights.

Why? Because sport builds resilience, consistency, and discipline – the same skills we need to transform our careers and take brave steps in life.

So this weekend: what will you do for your body?
If you’re looking for a good & fun training, with a mix of sweat, strength – it’s time to join pain & pleasure classes (okay, more the pleasure of being proud of yourself after). 😅
