Mobility drill from crab position

1. Start in crab position and perform a crab reach from Animal Flow
2. Return to a (neutral) crab position
3. Pull the arm you reached with into guard and use it to shift your weight forward into a deep squat
4. From here you perform a half (or full) squat - return into deep squat (keep your back straight - straighter than mine)
5. Reach back with the hand to return to the crab position
6. repeat on the opposite side

Your feet should be as parallel as possible (better than mine!) in the deep squat position.
Keep your feet / heels on the floor in the crab reach.
If you do the left side, only the left arm is working - left side crab reach, left arm swing, left arm reaches back to crab.
Use the swing of the arm to shift your weight forward. Initially this will be harder than it looks - at least for me it was. As a regression you work your way forward with the hand until your weight shifts forward.
Perform 5 reps on each side for a total of ten reps - repeat 3 times.

This is great after the initial warm-up to get everything going.
