Every Wednesday I teach a group Matwork Pilates class in Munich Schwabing at the Munich Collective, a very nice and international studio, so if you're looking for a great class and a beautiful workout, don't hesitate to join us! I teach in English and German (and Dutch if you like) 🤗

Started teaching Reformer at Body and Soul Hirschgarten today. Great equipment (Merrithew Stott Pilates) and super motivated participants! It's so cool that Pilates Reformer is getting so popular that large fitness centers are joining 🙌🏻 Love it! If you are a member come join me on Friday morning! ❤️😘
