What's Up BJJ

Ein neuer Graugurt! Mächtig stolz sind wir auf sie und sie ist schon richtig lange bei uns! Konstant im Training, immer eine helfende Hand für andere Kinder und dadurch, dass auch ihre Mama bei uns trainiert und sie abends während des Erwachsenentraining noch bei uns ist - gehört sie schon fast zu unserem Inventar^^ Wir freuen uns auf die kommenden Jahre gemeinsame Zeit und fühlen uns geehrt diese Familie bei uns zu haben.

Every friday evening from 7 til 8 p.m. are all our adult students welcome for one hour of sparring.
Yesterday we did some competition preparation for , the headcoach from our partner school .martialarts . He will fight the IBJJF Worlds Masters next weekend. We wish him all the success!
Also we started to prepare for Naga.
Soon also we will announce the date of our House tournament. Oss 🥋

.bjj.nuernberg started as an instagram profile to publish some videos for our students in the times of Corona Lockdowns. Established 2020, now around six years later we have a own team with an own gym. BJJ for us is about connection and some students followed us all the way even before our brand Whats Up BJJ existed. We are thankful about the friendships and connections we made on the way and we will do our best to keep up with them, add new ones and grow to a big connected team.

First we filled classes. Now we are about to fill age groups🔥. Strongest group we have: kids in the age of six til nine years. Classes from monday till friday, at least a brown belt coach on the mat with assistence of blue and yellow belts. We work with a educational background (Social Work B.A.) and keep a supporting, fair but disciplined athmosphere in our classes with the kids. The main coaches keep always the same because connection between the coach and the kids is the most important teaching tool we have.
Also we are proud of our youths students who start to support us with the younger kids.
