THE 9-WEEK FUNCTIONAL FITNESS STRENGTH PROGRAM FOR CROSSFIT AND BODYBUILING. Creating a 7-day detailed hybrid training plan for CrossFit athletes and bodybuilders involves blending heavy lifting for strength and muscle mass, CrossFit workouts for functional fitness and endurance, and adequate recovery to prevent overtraining. This plan will list each set individually with the number of repetitions and the percentage of one-repetition maximum (1RM) where applicable. This approach aims to optimize performance, improve strength, increase muscle size, and enhance overall athletic capabilities.
