Stuttgart Surge

Jordan Neuman war seit 2023 Head Coach der Stuttgart Surge und prägte die Franchise wie kein anderer. Was ursprünglich ein langfristiges, nachhaltiges Projekt werden sollte, fand nun ein vorzeitiges Ende. Die vergangenen drei Jahre – 2023, 2024 und 2025 – waren aus Sicht von Jordan Neuman eigentlich erst der Anfang eines Weges, den er in Stuttgart noch viele Jahre weitergehen wollte.

Mit seiner Ankunft 2023 hat Jordan Neuman die gesamte Franchise neu ausgerichtet und tiefgreifend verändert. Er führte das Team von sportlich schwierigen Jahren in eine neue Ära. Neuman etablierte eine klare Identität, formte eine leistungsorientierte, professionelle Kultur und brachte seine authentische, zielstrebige und motivierende Art täglich ein. Er schaffte es, nicht nur das Team, sondern auch die Fans, die Partner und die gesamte Region mitzunehmen.
Unter seiner Führung entwickelte sich die Surge zu einem Spitzenprogramm im europäischen Football: 2023 Vizemeister, 2025 Europameister. Jordan Neuman formte ein Championship Team – ein Erfolg, der ohne ihn undenkbar gewesen wäre. Die Stuttgart Surge wäre ohne Jordan Neuman nicht das geworden, was sie war.

Die gesamte Organisation ist Jordan Neuman zutiefst dankbar. Er hat in Stuttgart Geschichte geschrieben und wird nie vergessen werden.
