𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐭 𝐖𝐚𝐫 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲
𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐀𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐒 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞:
❌ Watching P**N
❌ & PROCRASTINATING
I have a super high s*x drive which is a blessing and a curse
It’s a curse because if I use it like it’s nothing… I’ll fall back into watching P**N and focusing on FEMALES more than my GRIND
I’ve TRAINED myself to use my SEXUAL ENERGY as fuel to ACCOMPLISH my GOALS
I’ve DISCIPLINED myself to respect my time, so I WON’T waste it on things that WON’T bring me SUCCESS
But lately, I’ve been at WAR with these things AGAIN
I don’t know WHY, and I don’t know WHAT I did for these thoughts to come back up…
It’s like the old me WANTS to come back from the dead
I KNOW it’s not going to benefit me to do these things again
I KNOW how it FEELS to be STUCK in life
I remember how I felt about myself and how my life was BEFORE I quit those bad habits
3 years ago, I PROMISED MYSELF I’d NEVER go back to my old habits
AND I MEANT THAT!
That promise WAS ENOUGH for me to make a change and get on my GRIND
But I’m realizing as I type this post…
I’m a NEW version of ME…
I need to make a BIGGER promise NOW because I’m not the same man I was 3 years ago
So, I’m writing this post to make a promise PUBLICALLY!
Because I KNOW I told myself I’d never go back…
But I NEED to promise my supporters too!
I know if I fall back into my old habits, it’ll be IMPOSSIBLE for me to continue to deliver great content to y’all
I’m going to start using my s*xual energy towards my purpose in life instead of trying to find a quick escape
I will use it to become 1% BETTER every day!
I WILL NOT PROCRASTINATE
I WILL attack my tasks with AGGRESSION
I will NEVER go back to the old me!

𝐒𝐨, 𝐈’𝐦 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐠𝐮𝐲𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞:
📲 “Bro, how do you stay consistent”
📲 “How do you wake up at 3 am in the morning”
📲 “How do you find time to go to the gym or create content”
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭… 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐬:
1️⃣ SCHEDULE my days!
2️⃣ COMMIT to my schedule
3️⃣ & PUSH MYSELF to do it!
Guys, it’s simple!
Have a GOAL set for yourself that you NEED (not WANT) to ACCOMPLISH…
Trust me, you’ll get that s**t DONE!
I used to have goals that were NORMAL & AVERAGE
They were exciting, but they weren’t BIG enough
They didn’t MAKE me WANT to put down the controller to the game to work on my ideas
They didn’t MAKE me WANT to wake up at 3 am to get started early
They didn’t MAKE me WANT to SAY NO to my friends so I could FOCUS on putting in the work
You MUST make GOALS that MAKE you WANT to use your time wiser!
Then, with the RIGHT plan for your goal… that WANT turns into a NEED because the actions you take WILL get you to your goal
So many people rely on MOTIVATION to get them started
Motivation is an EMOTION… that s**t is going to fade some days because WE’RE ALL HUMAN
And I can’t AFFORD to have MOTIVATION as my only fuel, because eventually, I’ll FALL OFF
𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐢𝐬:
🔑 BIGGER GOALS
🔑 THE RIGHT PLAN TO HELP YOU SUCCEED
🔑 & DISCIPLINE!
That’s what gets me up and going (even on the days when I feel like QUITTING)
Because at the end of the day… if you tell yourself, your goals are a WANT and not a NEED…
You’ll NEVER put in the effort it takes to get where you want!

23 years old today. Y’all seeing some “never seen before” photos right here😂. Anyways, I wanted to motivate someone in these posts.
Never let someone tell you what you CAN’T be. Stop giving a f**k about what people think. BUT most of all, you gotta believe in you. If you don’t do that… you ain’t gonna get results. You must SEE and BE a better version of yourself before you BECOME that version of yourself.
This is to more life, ambition, motivation, purpose, & the Most High for giving me what he knew I had to go thru so I can be who I need to become🥂
This is only the beginning.

Imagine if you had to wait months to get paid, but it only took 1-2 weeks to get the body you want. A lot more people would be “motivated” to workout. That’s not real motivation. Real motivation is when you push yourself even when you don’t see the results coming in the present.
BACK in the gym recording. Best feeling ever. Lets get it!! 1% BETTER EACH DAY💪🏾
