For those of you who are not yet one, bless yours if you still can. A great breakfast for her could be a good start.

Protein pancakes ~ 465 cals, 41g C | 28g P | 20g F

You need:

PANCAKES
25g flour
25g neutral protein powder
1 small egg
100 ml milk
10g butter
sweetener of choice
pinch of salt
little oil for pan

TOPPING
75g curd cheese
75g mixed berries
sweetener of choice

Guess what day it is? 🤪🤪🤪 and I'm here to bring you another very easy workout.
3 moves for 60s each back to back.
Take a 30-60s break and repeat at least four times. If you don't have dumbbells, use anything heavy.

If it's too hard for you reduce the reps or increase rest time. If its too easy do just the opposite 🙃
