Waverider, Slalomfahrer, Freestyler und Foiler kämpfen beim Windsurf World Cup Sylt um den Titel und die Weltrangliste. Der Windsurf World Cup Sylt hat seit 1983 einen festen Platz im Terminkalender aller Sylt- und Wassersportfans. Die 10-tägige Veranstaltung findet jährlich Ende September bis Anfang Oktober statt, nur 2020 und 2021 konnte die Veranstaltung aufgrund der Covid-19 Pandemie nicht druchgeführt werden.
