An expensive and dangerous experience that almost got me diabetic with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Last summer, I wanted to see how it feels to be fat and out of shape.
I ate and drunk things I was not used to in order to gain weight. Before I knew it I found myself 40 lbs overweight. I felt moody, could not sleep, chronic fatigue, back pain and more … I went to the doctor to get my blood work done. The results showed everything were high, if I did not stop I would be diabetic.
So I did what I do best, unleashing the warrior with in. In 2 months I lost over 22 lbs. I also realized that the more we aged the easiest it is to gain weight. And it’s hard to lose them. I am
