Wichtige Worte meines Lehrers A.G.Mohan:
(A.G. Mohan)
The great sage Patanjali straightforwardly states in the Yoga Sutra II.16 that the goal of yoga is to remove duḥkha, to decrease suffering. There are many ways to do this in the world outside. In our world inside, the ultimate way to remove suffering is to expand and stabilize our awareness, our inner space. This is what the theory and practice of yoga teaches us.
If a practice is causing harm, it is not yoga.
If a practice is destabilizing the mind, it is not yoga.
If a practice is creating ill-health in the body, it is not yoga.
If a practice develops a stable, expanded self, with positive qualities and greater calmness, that is yoga.
