It's been a while since I took this online course. Now I guess the test and certification can help.
Fascinating stuff. How to assess ambient processes, then how to build the skills back up.

5 spots left in this fall's Skills workshop. Focus will be more on the process and regressions to skill training. Handstands, pistol squats, bridge variations, gymnastic basics, ring dips, hanging variations are just some of the skills on the workshop. Send a PM if interested!

Sunrise workouts Movement Method Aarhus. No better way to start your day. Skills, stability, balance, cardio and light strength were all on the program today. Are you hitting all areas of a healthy lifestyle? Me neither, but at least I'm hitting a lot of them!

Reverse before/after summer challenge! How much weight can you gain? I've been in the US for 5 days, had 5 hard workouts, gained 3kg (6.6lbs.) At this rate I'll have to pay for an extra seat on the way home. Stay tuned for more updates and a before/after post summer challenge.
Had some free time today to work on things. Doesn't happen much, but it was very informative. 1. I've got work to do. 2. This is the stuff I enjoy, so I need to make the time for it. 3. I want to do this with others.
Therefore, I'm going to start designing a workshop, 2 days a week, for August and September. This will be a skill building workshop. Not weight loss, not lean muscle pass, not lifting heavier weights. Those things may be a byproduct, but we will work on developing skills.
