What is Bikram? ✨
Bikram is a 90-minute hot yoga practice performed in 40°C heat.
The class follows a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to build strength, improve mobility, increase circulation, and create mental focus.
The heat allows the body to work deeper into the practice while supporting flexibility and recovery through sweat and movement.
More than just physical exercise, Bikram becomes a practice in presence, discipline, and connection between breath and body.

With your THESTUDIO membership, outdoor bootcamp is included - creating a balance between strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and mental presence.
Hot yoga supports flexibility, mobility, nervous system regulation, and recovery.
Bootcamp adds pulse, endurance, strength, and functional training in fresh air and changing surroundings.
Combining the two creates a more complete approach to movement - where the body is challenged, restored, and supported from multiple angles.
The infrared heat adds another layer to the experience, supporting circulation, relaxation, and the body’s natural recovery processes.

Release tension & restore balance 🧘🧖♀️
Join us for ROLL & RELEASE - a deeply restorative experience combining guided myofascial release and restorative saunagus.
This session focuses specifically on the neck and shoulders, where stress and tension often accumulate, and is designed to help relieve pain, release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and improve mobility. You will also be introduced to simple techniques and tools you can continue using at home.
Following the release session, we continue the recovery journey through saunagus, where heat and circulation support the body’s natural ability to recover, restore, and rebalance.
Throughout the experience, THEBITE will serve nourishing snacks and refreshing drinks to support the body from within.
