Hello!
I am very happy to announce that I will be teaching at Namaste Outdoors Yogaforening!
I will be having classes every Monday and Wednesday at 17:45 - 18:45 and Friday’s morning at 07:00 - 8:00. Where? Nørrebroparken!
Annual membership is only 99kr! As a member, you can purchase any of our class passes, including a season pass, for outdoor yoga (plus much more ♥️) There are also special prices for students.

How are you? Long time no seen! I hope you all doing well, it was a tough period for everyone but as always through the challenges we rise stronger. I believe that for all you even though I don’t see you anymore, as I no longer live in the dorm, but you can see me if you want! It has been a long time since teaching, plus I am doing another training at the moment, thus I decided to have an Instagram account. Right now, I am at the beginning of my Insta journey, that’s why there is a small amount presented. But I promise I will try to provide a few sequences every week, tips, and exercises. It will bring me great joy if you support me as I will have the opportunity to share my practice with you and feel that I am contributing in the well-being of someone. And because I didn't have the chance to say it before, due to COVID situation. I was really looking forward to our classes, see your progress every single time. I am really thankful for all of you coming to my classes and sharing your time with me🙏

Unfortunately I will have to cancel today's class due to a misunderstanding with the dancing room 😕 but I can reschedule it! Do you want Saturday 12:30 - 15:30 or another time on Saturday or do you want Sunday 19:00-20:00?
