How about adding 45+ into eaxh team. Further more come up with less weight -time advantage system. That means an oppurtunity for small strong to beat heavy strong and vice verse.

Also more transparent clear cut rules on member exchange in each event. Cannot continue unless the first athelete gets into a box with the second and referee give permission to continue.
