āWhen I contacted Ryan, I needed help to optimize my training. After 6 years of training, I have stagnated and wasnāt making any real progress in the gym.
I was introduced to him through his Instagram page and was really impressed by the content and his knowledge on training.
I contacted him to seek help on how to make my training better. I bought a training program and 5 tickets of 1 hour training, and I would wholeheartedly say that itās the best investment you can make for yourself, a family member, or a friend.
You can feel the passion and knowledge that Ryan brings to the table, heās ability to explain complex training concept in a simple way so anyone can understand is a gift that not many have. I have gotten much from Ryan and look forward to asking for his expertise again in the near futureā

Boom! Just like that, a new PB is set, but more importantly, the confidence to build on that and see new opportunities on the horizon
Sometimes itās a simple thing that you overlooked, and having a second set of eyes or someone with skin in the game can correct

What gets measured gets managed.
Donāt be so quick to play the hormones out of whack card, the slow metabolism card, or any other excuse when you havenāt even been measuring what youāre doing
Measuring your own body weight to see trends.
Measuring the food you put in your mouth - doesnāt have to be in grams, you can use your hand as a crude measuring tool.
Measuring your activity - step count, minutes of cardio per week, gym performance session to session.
If you donāt do any of this - how do you know whatās working? You donāt
Often times this can come from shame of knowing that you live a life not conducive to the body health or composition goal that you want.
But trust me, seeing it on paper with no subjectivity puts things into perspective, and could be your first steps towards reaching your goals šš¼

Sometimes it's hard to see the progress we're making in our fitness journeys, especially when we're so focused on the day-to-day grind. But looking at these comparison photos, it shows that the hard work and dedication is paying off.
From day one to now, the gains are all a testament to the power of consistent effort and discipline.
But progress isn't just about the physical changes. It's also about the mental strength and resilience that's built along the way. It takes a lot of courage to commit to a routine and stick with it, even on the tough days. And seeing the results of that commitment is a powerful reminder that we're capable of so much more than we often give ourselves credit for.
6 years between these shots and a few kgās difference. The before shots are also with a pump, the after shots are fasted. Iād already been training hard for 7 years in the before shots.
So a total of 12 years I spent mostly eating until it was uncomfortable, training my ass off in an attempt to gain weight. This is where real progress can be made.
It can be a tough mental shift to make, especially if you're used to striving for a specific look or aesthetic. But embracing the ābulkingā phase means acknowledging that building muscle and strength takes time, and that it's okay to prioritize growth over aesthetics - remind yourself that this is a step towards your future physique.

Donāt be lazy and get your fu***ng steps in. Especially if youāre under 1500-2000 per day.
Even if you just aim for an extra 1000, youāre doing your body a huge service. Cardiovascular health, weight maintenance, mental clarity to name a few.
