Today, CPH Health Week brought one of their community events to Glaecier, in collaboration with PHARLAE & Pouri.

The morning began with breathwork on our new pool deck — a sold-out session by the water — followed by a morning gus in the sauna.

A beautiful way to start the day, bringing movement, breath, heat and community together at Glaecier.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. ♡

Ready for winter by the water?

The colder months are when Glaecier really comes into its own.

Warm up in our panorama sauna, cool down by the water and make Glaecier part of your winter routine.

Sauna, cold water and community — all at Refshaleøen and soon at Havnegade.

Join Glaecier and spend the season by the water.

Alongside our stand at Øksnehallen, cphhw will be hosting two community events at Glaecier.

29 September — The Scandinavian Spa Experience.
1 October — Mind, Body & Movement.

Registration for both events takes place through CPH Health Week Community.

Winter rituals:

Sauna can be such a powerful ritual. The moment you step into the heat, the outside world drops away.
