This is one of the places that I always enjoy the amazing views, even if it is raining, or sun is shining, or sun is rising or setting, I just love it... In the spring, summer autumn or winter... And it is just there where is :-)

When I got my race number 1302 I said to Frank, it is a funny number as this is my number 13 full distance Ironman, and maybe 02 means I will be number 2 😀
And this is what happened!
I am so happy and so tired and now ready for some rest..
I had good race, I am happy.
Signing up and going into this race, as 54 I knew I would be racing some very good women, some would be 3-4 years younger than me...so I knew the day would be tough and I would have to dig deep... So did I. Actually deeper than i liked...
But still ...this is not an excuse, I am truly happy of the race... I am so lucky that I have possibility to train with so many nice people around the world and can pick up a good race well prepared...almost always. Just looking forward to be youngest in my AG ☺️
The support team Frank made my day... He was there pushing me on ;-) (not always the nice way 😉 )

Race time, YES ... Bike is checked in, and legs are up... So all the way... here we come :-) 💪😀

Sometimes it is fun just to race without long time planning... today I did it... Came to Miami, and instead of just following the race, I decided to race also and take the race as a good day of training as IM Florida is only 2 weeks away... Good day it was: second in my AgeGroup :-)

Sunsets, heat, wind, swim, bike, run and all over again... This is Hawaii, Big Island, Kona

Happy happy for todays race in , really well organized race with good atmosphere even the swim was choppy, ride windy and run rainy :-)
