quires a certain agility and the ability to react on the other players actions. We are a very inclusive club, so which background you have or where you come from does not matter. It does not matter which volleyball qualifications you have, your age, gender, sexuality, religion, ethnicity etc. You just need to show interest and be able to participate in the premises of the sport. We have no fixed teams, and no obligation to attend. This means that people can come as much or as little as they want and have time for. You also do not have to come all the days of the week we have training. We warm up as a large group and form teams each time among the members who show up. This means that there is always room for everyone. Our coach makes sure that you can develop at your own pace, but otherwise we try to teach each other as best we can. We have 4 training days each week, of which 1 day is indoor Beach Volleyball. Those who want to be social after exercise can drink a beer or soda together. We give high priority to the social both inside and outside the field. In addition to various spontaneous events, we hold an annual Christmas lunch and summer party.
