I wanted to show you my birthday ring, how it came true, and the process behind it.

First, my boyfriend and my children selected the center diamond and bought it in secret.

I wanted to share the story behind my birthday ring, including how it came to be and the journey involved.

Initially, my boyfriend, along with my kids, selected the central diamond and purchased it in secret. 💫

A month before my birthday, he surprised me with a romantic dinner and presented me with the diamond, and that's when I began the design process for the ring.

As you go through the images, you’ll witness the entire journey: starting with my initial hand sketches, followed by the 3D rendering, then the creation of the gold parts. After that, I had to choose the color of the side stones, opting for lighter shades instead of darker or what we refer to as fall colors.

You’ll also see the gold components before the diamonds were set, followed by the finished ring as presented by the goldsmith, culminating in the final piece.

I absolutely adore it! The center stone is a brilliant-cut diamond in a cognac hue, weighing 2.45 carats.

And indeed, I am certainly sporting a ring.

This is the only problem I want to have this year: my diamond ring is too big to fit in my pocket.

It is no secret that I love huge diamonds, especially old cuts, and this ring is my absolutely favourite. It is set with an old-cut diamond weighing 3.3 carats in our signature setting.

The old-cut diamonds are very difficult to find in good quality, as they were cut more than 100 years ago by hand and designed to shine in candlelight; they have an allure unlike that of modern brilliant-cut diamonds. This is why I love them so much.
