It isn't always about placing first or last sometimes it's about experience, and the tools you gained on your journey.

I can 100% tell you one thing these are powerful tools I can use in other aspect in my life whether it's Work, relationship, parenting,etc.

this is only the beginning there is a lot more to learn✊ next stop Danish open in March💪

I finally got my energy back after the Nationals 2 weeks ago. It feels great to be on point and feeling your strength💪 slowly increasing with time.

I finally broke my old record 80 kg walking lunges, But it's all about progress so there was nothing else to do then go for 100 kg walking lunches. Damn it was painful😅 but" a success!! that's what I call motivation! well that's what you have to go through if you want those gainzzz😁 progress/ consistency💪

Walking lunges en af de bedste øvelser for balle/lår Balance og stabilitets træning.

Jeg har 80 kg på jep jeg en stolt mand😀 da det er min rekord. Med en overrevet akillessene i 2012 på det venstre ben dvs nedsat styrke på 15 procent" 4*12 mm ca og det kan kun blive bedre

Hvis du ikke er bekendt med øvelsen, start blidt op "uden vægt"
