Meditative vinyasa flow will promote openness by releasing tension. It is all about feeling into your body and its parts, challenging your flexibility, strength and balance. Breath work and creative sequences will allow to explore physical and mental barriers throughout the practice.
Classes operate on a pay-what-you-want basis, allowing everyone regardless of their financial situation, to join. Suggested contribution is 70 DKK per class
