If your goal is to build the biggest possible skyscraper, what would you do?

First of all a strong and wide base is one of the biggest factors in eventually building height. Some of the world's tallest buildings have more than 10 underground floors - interesting that digging down is the first step to building up. Once you have the base down, you can build up and take the main floors as high as they will go. Finally you add the spire to reach maximum height.

We recently launched our training program for football athletes called Trainity Football.

The program is designed to fit the schedule of European football players. The programming switches between an in-season phase from March to October and then an off-season phase from November to February.

The program offers two different levels of complexity for the athletes to choose from. Football players with limited experience in sport specific weight training should follow the "Rookie" programming, while more experienced athletes should stick to the "Veteran" program.

Trainity Football is not a bodybuilding routine nor a CrossFit program. We use different elements from different training methodologies to prepare our athletes for the gridiron by improving their power, speed, stability and conditioning.
