Coach’s Log:
Men’s 300m time trial, a surprise for the long sprinters as we had a 600m scheduled instead, however, we had a guest in the training group and it made since to test the groups speed against the club’s 100m record holder. This went well and excited for what the season has in store.

Coach’s Log:
Women’s 300m time trail and the ladies were moving quick after a heavy training load leading into our restitution cycle. Excited for warmer weather for when we can move a bit quicker and start putting in some speed work.
