This is how ONLINE coaching works:
It’s quite simple. Distance is no problem because of technology. TrainingPeaks allows us to use up to the date training programming software to guide you in your weekly training, and day to day. Skype/FaceTime lets us talk to you as often as you want. Ubersense allows us to see you skate, you simply record your skating (or racing) with your iPhone or iPad, then I can see the video, analyse it, draw on it, play it back in slow motion for you and add a voice over to the drawing I make to explain what I need you to learn. Then you can watch the video anytime you like. With these methods we build a relationship and we get to know each other. The live Skype/FaceTime chats are an essential part of this so we see each other and chat and communicate, just like in real life. EVERYTHING a Speedskater needs to perform. Regards,
