First time foodprepping in ages—and I’m so glad I did.
With my boyfriend away on a trip, I wanted to make sure I was still getting enough calories and protein. I honestly didn’t expect it to make such a difference, but my body felt amazing. Might be the start of a new habit!🤪

🚧 Gym Under Construction! 🚧
Last night, I had dinner with some colleagues after work, which meant getting home late and pushing my glute and hamstring workout to today. So, it's a double-duty day—strength training and interval running!
For the past few weeks, my gym has been under construction, but until now, only small sections were blocked off. This morning, almost everything was closed off, leaving barely any space for the morning crew. But we made it work, and I still had a great session!
In two weeks, the gym will be completely closed for two days… and I have no idea what to do yet. Send help! 🫠

This profile tends to be quiet during the off-season, but that phase is over for me. My motivation and dedication are back stronger than ever, and I couldn't be more excited!🥳
For the first time in my seven-year journey, I’m not counting calories or weighing my food—yet I’m still making progress. It’s the best feeling because it means I now have control over my food, rather than the other way around.
My all-time favorite breakfast is vanilla skyr with dark chocolate and honey. It satisfies my sweet tooth for the entire day and keeps me full until lunch—nothing else compares!🤤
The picture and video are from a few weeks ago, and my body has already changed since then. I can’t wait to share my progress with you!

People hate cardio and think it's a dumb idea when you're trying to build muscle. It probably is... but I think it's fun, and I enjoy pushing myself to run faster and further. Today I warmed up for 15 min, after which I did interval training on treadmill for 18 min (a total of 33 min - 5 km - 426 kcal burned), and I couldn't resist doing a few ab exercises (20 min - 160 kcal burned).
Now it's time for the pasta bolognese I prepared yesterday😋🍝

I'm not the best at posing, but I am thrilled with how my body looks and develops!
It's the fourth day in a row that I have had a bad-ass workout, tomorrow is restday, and I cross my fingers and hope it doesn't break the good cycle

Apple pudding with homemade crumble🤤 237 kcal - 11g of protein
This recipe I super delicious and fast to make. I started a new education today and needed an easy snack when I came home. I plan to have a rest day today (I have worked out the last three days) and a lower-body workout tomorrow.

I was so annoyed by how badly I ate all day yesterday, so even though the plan was to chill on the couch and have a rest day, I ended up in the gym doing cardio—one hour on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the Stairmaster. Today we are hitting the upper body💪🏼

I'm back??...
And better than ever, that's for sure. Yesterday I made PR by squatting 65kg?! I have never been lifting so much, and it motivated me to start this profile again. I am evolving every week at this point, growing muscle and becoming happier every day, thanks to and his team.
