Let’s set your core on 🔥 so grab a band and anchor it low. ⁣

1️⃣ Half Kneeling Low to High Choppers⁣
2️⃣ Sit ups (band around you under arms)⁣
3️⃣ Leg raises (band over your feet) ⁣

🔑 always keep tension on the band 😉⁣

You can do them as a circuit or individually as 3 sets of 10-15 reps. ⁣
