3 great TRX exercises to try 💪🏽😃
Let’s set your core on 🔥 so grab a band and anchor it low.
1️⃣ Half Kneeling Low to High Choppers
2️⃣ Sit ups (band around you under arms)
3️⃣ Leg raises (band over your feet)
🔑 always keep tension on the band 😉
You can do them as a circuit or individually as 3 sets of 10-15 reps.
