On September 28th, a new online study group will gather as we begin our Living Yolates Teacher Training journey together.

A seven-month journey where you can study from anywhere in the world, move through the material in your own pace, while still being part of a supported community with personal mentoring and connection along the way.

Through seven online modules, we will take you step by step through the philosophy, the method, and the seven core values of Living Yolates ~ giving you space to integrate the teachings into your own life and practice.

And after completing the online journey, you will have the possibility to join us in person for our Teachers Retreat in Sweden, where we come together to deepen the practice and take your teaching to the next level.

FULL MOON DANCING YOLATES WORKSHOP
September 27th ~ There’s still room for you

There is a moment between seasons where we are invited to listen.

To what we are ready to let fall away.
To what we no longer need to carry.
And to what is quietly asking for more space.

This Sunday, we dance in that space, and everyone is welcome.

Under the light of the Full Moon, we gather for three hours of Dancing Yolates ~ moving with the last nourishing richness of the Earth Element as we slowly turn towards autumn.

We will ground. We will shake. We will groove. We will soften.
We will dance with what is alive in us.

Not to become something new ~ but to release enough to feel what is already there.

And when the dancing is done, we surrender into a long, healing Shavasana and let the body receive.

Our Copenhagen Teacher Training starting this September is fully booked ~ but there is still a beautiful opportunity to join us online. ✨

On September 28th, we begin our new Online Teacher Training Study Group, gathering an international community of people from around the world.

Together, we will move step by step through the complete training ~ the philosophy, the method, the practices ~ through a seven-module journey.

You will have the freedom to study in your own time, while still being supported and held throughout the whole process.

Each month, we gather live on Zoom for personal mentoring, questions, support, and the feeling of growing together as a group.

And at the end of the journey, you will also have the opportunity to join our in-person retreat in Sweden. 🌿

We still have a few spaces left in this online study group.

If you feel the calling to go deeper, to learn the method and become part of this international community, this could be your way in.

DANCING WITH THE EARTH ELEMENT ✨
~ A Full Moon Dancing Yolates Celebration 🌿

Join Mikkala Marilyn Kissi in Copenhagen on September 27th for a three-hour Dancing Yolates journey celebrating the Full Moon and the gentle transition from the Earth Element into the energy of autumn.🍂

A dancing celebration to honor the transition ~ to release the layers you no longer want to carry and create space for what wants to emerge.

Through grounding meditation, earth connection, rhythm, groove, free dance and embodied movement, we will reconnect with our intuition, joy and authentic expression.

We will close with a long, healing Shavasana, allowing the body and nervous system to deeply restore and integrate.

Living Yolates is growing, and we are looking for a passionate and creative person to join our team as a Social Media & Content Intern.

We are looking for someone who loves creating beautiful and engaging content and who is curious to dive deeper into the vision, philosophy and method behind Living Yolates.

You might be the right person if you:

• Love creating content for Instagram and social media
• Have a good visual eye and a sense for storytelling
• Enjoy filming, editing and creating Reels, Stories and posts
• Are curious, creative and full of ideas
• Feel inspired by holistic movement, feminine leadership, personal growth and conscious living
• Would love to become part of a small, passionate and heart-driven team

You don’t need to know everything about Living Yolates already. What matters most is that you are curious, motivated and excited to learn, create and grow with us.

This is an internship opportunity, with the possibility to become deeply involved in the Living Yolates universe and help us share our work, vision and community with even more people.
