Today we pushed a lot of limits! We introduced Handstand on all levels SCALED, MASTERS and INTERMEDIATE!

This was a 3 min time window - where the athletes had to do the longest possible handstand in a 1x1 meter square. The longest attempt within the 3 minutes!

Afters this - the athletes had to do a 20 minute loooooong event!!! The longest event we have ever had!
