Join us once or twice pr week or come once in a while (we have flexible terms) for Energizing Morning Yoga sessions designed to rejuvenate your body, enhance flexibility, and build the strength you need to power through your day. Der er meditation for alle igen pÄ sÞndag d. 2. juni for sidste gang fÞr sommerferien i den smukke nye frugtplantage i Sct Hans Have kl 10-11. Kom lidt fÞr og sÊt dig til rette.
Vi starter med en siddende/liggende meditation efterfulgt af stillevandring.
Alle der har lyst til en rolig start pÄ dagen, hvor sanserne skÊrpes og hvor der fokus pÄ fordybelse og nÊrvÊr, er velkomne.

GÄr du og tÊnker over hvordan du kan skabe gode vaner nÄr du skal tilbage pÄ arbejdet? Kunne du tÊnke dig at starte sÞndage med meditation i naturskÞnne omgivelser, mÄske efterfulgt af god kaffe og en brunch tallerken, sÄ lÊs med nedenfor. Disse drop in meditations sessioner er en uforpligtende mulighed for at opleve siddende og gÄende meditationer udenfor i Sct. Hans Haves forskellige haverum, som alle byder pÄ forskellige oplevelser. Sessionerne slutter samtidigt med at cafeen Äbner, sÄ du kan nyde godt af den ogsÄ. Vi er tre der skiftes til at undervise og fÞrste session er 6. august kl 9.30. Kom i god tid og medbring noget at sidde pÄ og et tÊppe til at holde dig varm.

What does it take to learn a new pose? So often we simply back off and stay safe when all it really takes could be simpler than you thought.
First of all we prepare the body and mind properly. Physically but also mentally by drawing our attention into what we are doing by becoming present.
Then we look at the technical aspects of a pose, knowing where to place the different bodyparts can play a big role.
Thirdly we accept that we need to practice practice practice, to get there. The practice IS really in the end what it is all about.
So what if you join but never get to fully express this pose? Well, you will then have practiced lots of well rounded yoga, breath work and meditation as well. Does that sound like you might want to give it a shot?
