Youth Windsurf Wave World Cup 2023. The classes are U20, U17, U15 and U13 - both boys and girls.
Once again, Cold Hawaii in Denmark is ready to welcome the Worlds' best windsurfers to one of the best windsurfing spots in the World. This time, the small cosy fishing village in Klitmøller will host the Cold Hawaii PWA Youth Windsurf Wave World Cup 2022' in the Youth and the Juniors division, age of under 20 and U17 - U15 – U13 boys and girls, between September, 12th and Sunday, 17th. The 2020 a
nd 2021 events was great success with results in all classes, perfect windsurfing conditions and big smiles form more than 40 happy young sailors. In 2022 we expect more then 50 participants from all over the World aiming for a fun week of socialization, competition and finding the worlds best windsurfers. We do say boys and girls but when you see them on the water doing massive double rotation jumps over the horizon or the soothes wave ride any surfer would envy it's hard to believe that they are only youngsters. Klitmøller and Cold Hawaii have been a well known PWA-spot for more than ten years, and we are pretty sure to get great conditions and have a fantastic week when we try to find a WorldCup Winner in every class and most likely also decide the World Wave Youth Ranking for 2022. The event is a part of Cold Hawaii Games with more than ten different sports event on the coastline of Cold Hawaii, and we look forward to welcoming surfers and crew to see the action on the best time of the year for wind and wave in Denmark. The event is created in a co-work between Friends of Cold Hawaii and the local surf club in Klitmøller North Atlantic Surf Association called NASA and PWA together with our sponsors,
Facts' Cold Hawaii PWA Youth Windsurf Wave World Cup 2022' will take place from Sunday, September 11th to Saturday, September 17th. Main sail location is in front of the NASA club house Ørhagevej 189, 7700 Thisted. If the wind turns more Westerly, we have an option to sail in the nearby town of Hanstholm.
