This is a place for kids to get together and "play" Yoga outside, in a park. I have have been practicing Yoga since the year 2000.
This can also be a place for adults wanting to feel free like the kids, and who might come together to do Yoga in a park. In 2014 I became a Yoga instructor (200 hrs ) and in 2017 I obtain a certificate for teaching kids with Cosmic Kids Yoga . I do continue my studies by practicing with the kids (mostly my son who was born in 2014) and by reading (for example, Yoga Education for Children by Swami
