Sending an embrace through space as a new journey begins… Gratitude always dissolves the noise of the world as we listen deep on the cusp of the new moon. ☀️My dharma is to share the art and power of prana vinyasa yoga as movement meditation for life-regeneration and realization. ☀️I took my first journey abroad at 17 to do volunteer work in East Africa for a year and a half before going to the World Arts and Cultures Program at UCLA. ☀️It is my heart honor to return to communities and with a focus on sacred sites to share and remember. I love all of the amazing studio owners and student friends who gather - sometimes an intimate group which I love and other times thousands in the ecstatic festivals.
