I help people fall in love with movement, to establish lifelong fitness habits, to move like Winjas, and to have tons of fun doing all the above. Fitness is having the strength and energy to do all of the amazing things our bodies are made for! I move the focus of personal training away from numbers on a scale and make my clients’ health and well-being our top priority. I believe fitness should be fun. You should move your body because you love it, not because you hate it. Exercise is not torture, but a gift you’re giving yourself. I’m a big advocate for changing the way we think about fitness. For example, we do cardio to train our hearts, to strengthen our lungs and cardiovascular system, not to just burn calories. We use weights to strengthen our muscles and bones, to build a stronger body, not just to look good. I want you to think of fitness and proper nutrition as a lifestyle. You are on a journey to becoming a stronger and healthier version of you. You will walk away from every session feeling strong, confident, and comfortable in your body, regardless of where you start from. I want to help you be your healthiest, sexiest, most confident self.
