This summer, Iris Disse brings the Tiger Spirit to Germany for a powerful 4-day immersion together with Barbara Stützel at ZEGG, close to Berlin.

For all who are curious about inner transformation, spiritual depth and vibrant creativity.
For those with the courage to reinvent themselves and blossom in play with the world ✨

Through playfulness, presence and the courage to let go, we explore how genuine personal power can arise from lightness instead of control, and from inner freedom instead of effort.

Together we will explore questions like:

🔥 What inner attitude creates stability without becoming rigid?
