Tõnis-Johannes Toomingas krooniti kardispordi Läti meistriks - Eesti Autospordi Liit Tõnis-Johannes Toomingas tegi Läti kardispordi meistrivõistluste viimasel etapil Madonas puhta töö, kui võitis nii eelfinaali, finaali kui meistritiitli. Tõnis-Johannes Toomingas sõitis end Lätis poodiumile - Eesti Autospordi Liit Sügistes vihmastes oludes peeti kardispordi Läti ja Leedu meistrisarjade ühisetapp Jelgavas.
