Welcome to Priit Kuusik Coaching page :).
Every new beginning starts with the small steps and takes time to evolve with mistakes, barriers and overcoming's.
Bringing awareness to the situation can help find the answers you are looking for and with the right actions and integration with steady small steps you are able to overcome those little barriers inside of you to explore, re-invent, heal and build unbreakable relationship with yourself.
Sometimes we are not able to change the perspective ourselves, do not know where to look for or how to deal or break down those little barriers.
These little barriers are sometimes "So big" that we are not able to make the next steps needed to overcome them and are stuck without knowing the solutions or how to overcome that state of mind.
There are many countless ways and methods to do that and in my sessions, first we use the coaching methods to find those obstacles, possible solutions and actions and then we "nail it down" with guided meditation about your future so your body and whole being starts to live and be in that future.
It can take many sessions to overcome and change these "not helpful" story's we are telling ourselves and exchange these with forward thinking and helpful story's and we are starting to BE the new future.
I would love to help transform and heal, men & women that are just in a place which is not serving them well to change the perspective, find out possible solutions and re-invent their life and look amazing :)
