Gratitude! 🙏🏼
2 years ago I was limping and walking with a stick post knee surgery and was thinking how can I overcome this and fix it? I went back to conventional weight training but it made me research about many aspects to have not 1 or 2 dimensional lifting to train.
Randomly researching unconventional methods I encountered .flowing.dutchman and I remembered that my uncle (being a wrestler) was practicing this method apart from other trainings back in his days which he wanted to teach me at some point but well 🤷🏾♂️.
Thanks to .flowing.dutchman to get me back to what my uncle (rest his soul 🙏🏼) wanted to teach me as well to stay connected to my roots.
This June I got my macebell instructor certification at Funktional fitness church owned by .floris where I got to meet .movement.samurai apart from virtually meeting and .smf (yet to meet them in-person someday soon).
I feel grateful to now pass the knowledge to for being a part of the macebell training! 💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🙏🏼🙏🏼
