Rajal pakutakse osalejatele nii Enervit Estonia energiageeli kui ka spordijooki.
ππ¨π¨π₯π¦ππ«πππ¨π§π’ distantsil asub geelipunkt ~11,5 kilomeetril.
πππ«πππ¨π§π’ distantsil asuvad geelipunktid kilomeetritel ~21 ja ~35.
Geelipunktis on valikus energiageelid kofeiiniga ja ilma kofeiinita. Geelipunktis pakutakse ππ»vasakul pool KOFEIINITA ja paremalππ» pool KOFEIINIGA energiageele.
Geelid on 25ml pakendites, millele on soovitatav juua peale lisavett. Geel sisaldab energiat, vitamiine ja vaarikamaitse puhul ka kofeiini. π Apelsinimaitseline on ilma kofeiinita.
Joogipunktis, mis asub vahetult peale geelipunkte pakutakse lisaks veele ka Enerviti isotoonilist spordijooki. βΊοΈ

Both Enervit energy gel and sports drink will be offered to participants on the course. β£

The half-marathon gel point is located at ~11.5 km, the marathon course gel point in on ~21 and ~35 kilometres.β£

At the gel point, there is a choice of energy gels with and without caffeine. The gel station offers without caffeine on the ππ» left side and with caffeine on the right ππ».β£

The gels come in 25ml packs and it is recommended to drink extra water on top. The gel contains energy, vitamins and, in raspberry flavour, caffeine. π Orange flavoured is without caffeine. β£

Enervit Isotonic Sports Drink is available in addition to water at the beverage point, which is located immediately after the gel points. βΊοΈ
