We offer a part time job for refereeing enthusiasts who love to develop their own refereeing skills through analytical work.
The job is technical and requires your patience to learn to use different applications. Our perfect candidate is a young talent referee who has the time and a deep inner motivation for learning and developing, so that RefPal could become his full time job supporting his own refereeing career in the future.
Expectations:
- high passion for refereeing
- high motivation and patience to learn
- owning a MacBook computer to start with
- acceptance of starting with 20-40 hours per month
- willingness to work 40-160 hours per month in the future

RefPal is happy to announce the start of a cooperation with the Oceania Football Confederation. OFC becomes the second confederation to join RefPal in 2025 after
We have already conducted the full analysis of the OFC Champions League, the World Cup qualifiers and the Womenβs Champions League. As OFC has provided us all camera angles and the referees communication then the learning clips take the refereeing analysis and education to a new level for them.
