Kretel on tants ja muusika sügavalt elus juurdunud. Ta jagab oma armastust liikumise vastu, juhendades algajatele mõeldud kaasaegse kõhutantsu tunde Müstika Stuudios ning inspireerides inimesi avastama oma loomingulist väljendust.

Avamisel esitatav koreograafia viib vaataja sisemise ookeani sügavustesse – eneseotsingu teekonnale, kus õrn romantika ja haavatav igatsus põrkuvad jõulise eneseväljendusega.

Yesterday we had a beautiful and warm meeting of the tribes 💃❤️💃
Berit Aicha from Tallinn, Tiina Sulg from Tartu, and Tiina Mikkor from Viljandi came together at Müstika Studio to enjoy the possibilities of FCBD® style.

After a 2-hour workshop revising technique and communication, something magical happened — even though we come from different parts of Estonia, hours apart, we were able to dance together effortlessly.
This is the true beauty of FCBD® — a shared language that connects us beyond distance 🤍

For music we chose Rhythm of nature - by Uliana, an amazing ukrainian singer living in Estonia. The song is half in ukrainian and half in estonian language. 💙💛 + 💙🖤🤍🙏🏼 We stand with Ukraine! 🕊 Our dream is to dance it together with ukrainian dancers! 🌻 Hopefully we can do it in summer. 🙏🏼

What is FCBD?

FCBD® Style (short for FatChance BellyDance® Style) is a group improvisational bellydance format that was created by Carolena Nericcio in the United States. FCBD® Style is a shared improvisational dance language that allows dancers to connect and create together in the moment. FCBD® is all about unity, trust, and awareness.
Even if dancers have never met before, they can dance together instantly — just like you experienced ✨ The style is inspired by various traditions from the MENAHT region (Middle East, North Africa, Hellenic, Turkish), blended through an American format.

Eilne kevadine pööripäev avanes erakordselt võimsa ja kauni energiaga. 🌸

⛰️Müstika Stuudio oli kutsutud esinema pühale Toompea mäele — paigas, kus elab edasi muistne lugu Lindast, Maaemast, leinavast naisest, kes kandis kivisid põlles, kuni neist kerkis mägi.

🤍Rahvapärimuse järgi kattis Linda oma armastatu Kalevi haua kividega ning tema pisaratest sündis Ülemiste järv. Toompea ei ole pelgalt ajalooline paik — see on leina, armastuse, loomise ja naisjõu mälestusmärk. Paik, kus maa ja müüt hingavad ühes rütmis.
Sellel pühal mäel, kevadise pööripäeva lävel — hetkel, mil valgus ja pimedus on tasakaalus — avasime ruumi tantsule, tulele ja iidsetele lauludele.

Esitasime kokku viis numbrit, mis kandsid endas eri looduselementide väge:

🌿💧 Keldi kevadhaldjatest inspireeritud müstiline ja voolav naiste ringtants — koreograafia Berit Aicha Kalling, muusika “The Voice”
Esitasid Beriti õpilased Liis Lember , Miriam Lehari , Nadia Joy Belaya , Hanna Strauss-Altmets ja Tiina Tanner

🌕 Raamtrummitants vana türgi hällilaulu saatel, mida esitab pärsia lauljatar Azam Ali — rütm nagu Maa südamelöök

🌬“Santiago” (Loreena McKennitt) — tantsija Davina LED-fännlooridega, valgus keerlemas nagu kevadtuul

🔥 “Tír na nÓg” (Celtic Woman) — Kaisa Kuhi tuleshow, leek kui uue päikese sünd

Ning lõpus tantsisime koos rahvaga ja haarasime oma ringi nii väikesed kui suured fännid 🥰🙏🏼💃

Meie tantsijad ammutavad inspiratsiooni Maast, loodusest, viiest elemendist, maailma rahvapärimusest ning pööripäeva iidsetest üleminekuriitustest — hetkest, mil uksed nähtava ja nähtamatu vahel on veidi avatumad. 🌿🔥✨

Kuid sellel õhtul ei tantsinud me ainult kevade tervituseks — vaid ka rahu nimel. 🙏🏼🤍🕊

Me soovime, et inimesed mäletaksid, et me kõik kuulume tegelikult ju samale Maale.

Winter is coming to an end for now, and nature is waking up from its annual slumber again. 🌿🙏🏼

On the spring equinox, March 20, we will send away the darkness with the dancers from the Müstika Dance Studio and welcome the first spring sun.
The ritual round dance and mystical fire show are dedicated to the eternal cycle of the sun ☀️ – its life-giving warmth and light, and its ceaseless return.🍀🌱🌼

Meeting with our beautiful international dance family again in We are so inspired and thankful to the teachers and as well as who was both teaching and organising! ✨️🙏🏼 And to all the members, sisters from all the tribes from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Ukraine, Cyprus and many others! We created magic together!!! ✨️

We will for sure keep coming again and really recommend this event again and again! ☺️❤️✨️

The equilateral triangle appears throughout the dance as a symbol found in many traditions. It represents divine unity and the Triple Goddess — Maiden, Mother, and Crone — and the natural cycle of life, change, and renewal. ❤️💃🌹
