A provisional competition schedule has been released for the 2020 WDAC in Radom, Poland. This schedule shows a ‘full program’ and will be adjusted once preliminary registrations and final registrations have been received.

Invitations to the 2020 World Deaf Athletics Championships in Radom, Poland have been sent out to all ICSD Members ! If you are interested in competing in the 2020 WDAC, please contact the National Deaf Sports Federation for your country. Timetable and Entry Standards attached.

4th World Deaf Athletics Championships in 2020 Poland has been confirmed as the host of the 4th World Deaf Athletics Championships on 18-25 July 2020.

News from Lausanne The ICSD Board has been in meetings for the last two days. The meeting with the IOC was an opportunity to follow up on items discussed at our previous meeting. We also agreed to work on strengthening our partnership as per our memorandum of understanding

Exciting news ! A live stream broadcast of the 2019 WDIAC will be available via the internet at: https://www.wdiac2019.com. Make sure you scroll down the home page to find it. Competition starts on 14 March and ends on 17 March.

ICSD Athletics TD Richard Pearce arrives at the Lasnamäe Indoor Athletics Stadium for the 2019 WDIAC. The new track surface is well bedded down and in great condition. Over the next 2 days they will start preparing the stadium for the competition putting up flags, video screen, podiums, etc ready for the start on 14 March. The stadium will look great ! Tomorrow there will be meetings with the Estonian OC and competition officials, followed by testing of the new starting lights from Japan.
