We ran the live session on Saturday and one moment stuck with me more than the rest.
Someone asked a question I hear in almost every room I work in:
"how do I show more presence without coming across as arrogant? " and the answer surprised a few people.
Presence was never about adding something; it's almost always about removing something.
The over-explaining. The qualifying every sentence before anyone pushes back.
The rushing to fill silence. The need to prove instead of the willingness to state.
The most present leaders in any room are not doing more, they're doing less, with far more intention.

There’s a moment in almost every senior meeting that decides how the room reads you,

and that instinct is exactly what makes a senior room quietly downgrade you.

35 CEOs in one room.
Different industries, different decades, completely different business realities.
And every single conversation gave me a different way of looking at a problem I thought I already understood.
