Choose ur fights carefully
If it aint for self defence or to protect ur family .. then don’t fight.

Because if u had to fight, u’ll have to fight with no mercy.
And it’s not just for our selves.
In anger you could kill your opponent or hurt him bad and u could end up in jail.
So don’t risk getting into a fight unless it’s protecting someone u love.
Don’t risk all this for a stupid matter.
When u do martial arts or martial sports , u know ur capabilities , u don’t need to show it to the other guy.
And stay calm.. never get angry.
