Late summer vibes ๐๏ธ I just realised that this is the first time this year to swim in the sea! I'm probably crazy!!
Such a gift taken for granted ๐
I guess I need to do a better job enjoying the remaining summer days in here!
My Lesson: I don't wanna waste any gift available to me and take it for granted ๐

New chapters!
I remember when I did my first 1 arm balance... It wasn't just a pose that was unlocked, but it was the start of a roller-coaster of events in my life! Ups and downs, challenges and achievements... But this event on its own was a symbol of a new chapter in my life, which I definitely appreciated and grateful for ๐
So here's my first 1 arm Handstand ๐คธ as I'm approaching the end of my advanced yoga teachers training, I have a strong feeling that the event of unlocking this pose is another start of a new chapter... And I'm so much looking forward to it ๐
May all of you out there celebrate new chapters in your lives, find excitement, peace, love and above all contentment ๐
