Late summer vibes ๐Ÿ–๏ธ I just realised that this is the first time this year to swim in the sea! I'm probably crazy!!

Such a gift taken for granted ๐Ÿ˜… I guess I need to do a better job enjoying the remaining summer days in here!

My Lesson: I don't wanna waste any gift available to me and take it for granted ๐Ÿ™

New chapters!

I remember when I did my first 1 arm balance... It wasn't just a pose that was unlocked, but it was the start of a roller-coaster of events in my life! Ups and downs, challenges and achievements... But this event on its own was a symbol of a new chapter in my life, which I definitely appreciated and grateful for ๐Ÿ™

So here's my first 1 arm Handstand ๐Ÿคธ as I'm approaching the end of my advanced yoga teachers training, I have a strong feeling that the event of unlocking this pose is another start of a new chapter... And I'm so much looking forward to it ๐Ÿ™

May all of you out there celebrate new chapters in your lives, find excitement, peace, love and above all contentment ๐Ÿ™

It was an absolute pleasure to offer Alexandria's first ever ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ ๐—๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—˜๐—บ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด workshop, with my amazing Breath Habibis and ๐Ÿ˜ specially that my home was the cozy space that held us ๐Ÿ™

I'm blessed to have been part of these humans' healing journey... This Conscious Connected Breathwork session was so powerful and intense, that it brought lots of joy to my heart experiencing helping others explore a healing power within themselves, that they've never felt before!
