The YSL is a one of a kind nonprofit organization which has been running since 1980 to provide structured soccer coaching and competition for kids in of all backgrounds in the Cairo Community. YSL has no school or company affiliation and relies heavily on volunteers to coach and manage the various teams as well as administer and manage the league. It is a community based organization that is made for the community and run by the community.
