I may not be fully back on my boots yet, but guiding you from the side and seeing you move together means everything. The ending gets me every time. Each of you has a special place in my heart, you’re a huge part of who I’ve become.

What a big group of jumpers today💥
We’re getting bigger and stronger every session — the energy was unreal.
And a special shout-out to our beautiful, energetic ladies from Ukraine 🇺🇦💖 — it means so much to have you with us. To my ladies there, I still deeply appreciate your friendship and support. 🩷
Everyone gave their best today. We finished Block 1 strong, smashed that intense core, and wrapped up with some shoulder mobility.
Maybe I’m not in my best health right now, but your energy and passion for jumping make it so much easier for me to keep moving. 🦘❤️
