Standing on the Elfit podium is a feeling I’ll never get used to — and never take for granted.

This weekend, I fought hard and walked away with 2nd place in my division, and honestly… I’m fired up.

The workouts were brutal, the intensity was real, and every second reminded me why I love this sport and why I keep pushing for more.

I didn’t grow up s an athlete. My story started far from here — over the last 10 years of my CrossFit journey, I’ve faced five major surgeries, setbacks, doubts, and a past I once wished I could rewrite. Every challenge, every comeback, every scar has been a lesson in grit and faith. God’s plan isn’t always easy to understand, but moments like this make it crystal clear.

The support this weekend was unreal. The cheers, the messages, the people who kept believing in me — it all meant more than I can ever express. Having a community behind you changes everything.

Huge shoutout to and the entire team — the organization, the energy, the professionalism… unmatched.

To the person who trained me from the very beginning, thank you .deeb_

And to the woman who stands with me through every high and every low — my wife, my rock, my lufe — I couldn’t do any of this without you ❤️ ‎

Competed in the 35+ category, proud to still be pushing, training, and showing up despite the full schedule with work and life. 🙏

Thanks to my friend and coach .deeb_ — the progress speaks for itself, I know we still have a lot of work to do.

أنا مش قادر أصدق إنك مشيت، كنت أطيب وأغلب كائن في الدنيا. تعبت قوي في الآخر وفضلت مستحمل ومابتنطقش، وانت أصلاً ماكنتش تستاهل اللي حصل.

كنت دايمًا جنبي، بتونسني من غير كلام… بحركاتك، بنظرتك، حتى و انت ساكت، البيت وحش اوى يا فلفل من غيرك.
الحمد لله على كل حال وروحه تكون في مكان أفضل عنده سبحانه وتعالى و اللهم الهمني الصبر على فراقه يا رب. 🙏
