Lara Atallah - Coaching Lara Atallah is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Group Certified Coach (GCC) accredited from the international Coaching Federation (ICF).

Lara Atallah is a certified professional coach (CPC) by the International Coach Academy and an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Group Certified Coach (GCC) accredited from the international Coaching Federation (ICF). Lara completed "Train the Trainer" program in affiliation with Columbia University. By obtaining her certification in Deep Coaching Intensive (DCI) she became a Certified Transformational Coach. Transformational coaching is a deep and loving exploration of what your heart and soul is longing for, and a courageous step into a new relationship with life itself through connecting with your inner wisdom. Lara holds a diploma in the art and science of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) from the International NLP trainers association. She is also a Board Member of ICF Egypt Chapter and the head of Marketing & Branding Committee. Specialized also in Life Coaching, Lara provides individuals with a direct, lived experience of the reality they have created in order to empower them to shift their current paradigm to make way for what is desired. Lara partners with clients to define their dreams, connect with their passion and discover the "Self" they want to BE. Through one on one coaching sessions or group coaching sessions, Lara will assists you on this journey to reach your highest potential, extend your limits and move forward to achieve a life of fulfillment. Lara has a vision of integrating coaching with other means that not only nourish the mind and heart but also the soul. Coming from a scouting background she believes that the world is a place to explore and learn from. Learning about self can be enhanced outside the comfort zone and in the heart of nature and new places where the inspiration received from the world around us is a blessing that must be embraced. After eight months,the Five to Thrive Leadership Journey has come to an inspiring close.
It has been a true privilege to design and facilitate this transformational leadership program for the leaders and Executive Committee of .

The journey concluded with a certification ceremony and an immersive leadership simulation designed by Beyond Corporates to bring months of learning into practice, challenging participants to apply their insights, leadership skills, and decision-making in a realistic business environment.
Over the course of the program, participants engaged in a comprehensive development experience that combined leadership assessments, one-on-one executive coaching, and experiential workshops. Together, we explored the foundations of self-leadership before expanding into leading high-performing teams, fostering coaching cultures, and navigating today’s dynamic business environment.
Built on the principles of Positive Psychology, the Enneagram, and coaching as a leadership style, the program aimed to develop leaders who are not only capable of delivering results but also of creating environments where people can thrive.
What made this journey truly exceptional was the openness, curiosity, and commitment demonstrated by every participant.
A heartfelt thank you to for your partnership, trust, and collaboration in bringing this vision to life.
And to the entire AXA OneHealth leadership team and Executive Committee. It has been an honor to be part of your journey.

This journey comes to an end.
Over the past month, I have had the privilege of designing and delivering an Executive Leadership Journey for the Executive Committee of Egypt.
This was more than a series of workshops. It was a comprehensive leadership development experience that combined assessments, experiential learning, reflection, and executive coaching to support leaders in deepening their self-awareness, strengthening their leadership impact, and leading with greater intention.

Together, we explored powerful leadership themes, including:
-Leadership through the Enneagram: understanding motivations, strengths, blind spots, communication styles and growth paths.
-Leadership Wellbeing: recognizing that sustainable performance starts with the wellbeing of the leader, supported by emotional intelligence, a positive mindset, and intentional energy management.
-Leadership Shadow: uncovering unconscious patterns and behaviors that can either enhance or limit leadership effectiveness.
-Psychological Safety: creating environments where trust, openness, learning, and innovation can thrive.
-Leader as Coach: developing coaching skills that empower individuals and teams to unlock their potential and take greater ownership.

What made this journey truly special was the openness, curiosity, vulnerability, and commitment demonstrated by the Executive Committee throughout the process. Thank you for your trust, engagement, and willingness to challenge yourselves and one another in the service of growth.

It was a pleasure collaborating with corporate throughout this journey.

Spending 3 inspiring days with the incredible women of at the SHINE BRIGHT ⭐ Retreat in Taba was truly an amazing experience.
I had the pleasure of facilitating the retreat workshops, where we explored how to build a strong personal brand in a professional context and how women can strengthen their presence with greater confidence, authenticity, and impact while staying aligned with their values.
The conversations, energy, and openness in the room made this experience incredibly meaningful. Grateful for every story shared, every insight exchanged, and every powerful woman I had the chance to connect with đŸ€

I had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop at Danone in celebration of International Women’s Day, where we explored this year’s inspiring theme: “Give to Gain.”

Giving support, sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and lifting people around us doesn’t diminish our impact; it actually multiplies it. Leadership is not about holding power, it’s about creating value for others, and that’s where the “Give to Gain” mindset truly shines.
We also talked about the women’s advantage in leadership. Many women naturally bring strengths that modern leadership deeply needs: empathy, collaboration, resilience, the ability to build trust, and the talent for bringing diverse voices into the conversation. These qualities don’t just make teams perform better they make organizations thrive.
But one important message we discussed is that leadership starts with self-leadership. Before we can lead others, we must believe in our own voice, step into our strengths, and allow ourselves to take space at the table. When women invest in their own growth and confidence, they unlock the ability to lead with authenticity and purpose.

To all the incredible women: your voice, perspective, and leadership matter. Step forward, take the opportunity, support one another, and don’t wait for permission to lead. The more we give to ourselves, to each other, and to our organizations, the more we all gain.

Ramadan is never complete without this very special Iftar gathering with this amazing community of inspiring ladies.
Every year is a reminder of how blessed I am to have met each one of you and learned so much from you. Your strength, resilience, and stories are always a reflection of the power you carry within and the love you project outward.
These retreats are not only the space where we all connected, but also the path that led to a bond rooted in love, support, and vulnerability.
