We are an official CrossFit affiliate and so we follow CrossFit methodology. At CrossFit Demento we aim at forging a broad, general, and inclusive fitness that would prepare you for any physical contingency; The Unknown & The Unknowable. We do so using Constantly Varied, High-Intensity, Functional Movements. In other words, we use movements that translate into your everyday life and are safe, and
we perform those movements in as many combinations and patterns as possible. Our speciality is not specializing. When performed at high-intensity, those movements would provide you with and improve your general physical preparedness. In other words, they would Increase your Work Capacity, Across Broad Time and Modal Domains. Simply put, the program would improve your Fitness. Not Sure If This Is For You?
